  • Do I have a choice on location?

    Yes. We have hundreds of blocks throughout Melbourne’s growth corridors and regional Victoria to choose from. We will source the perfect location for your needs.

  • I bought my land. How do I know which home is suitable for my block?

    If you’ve purchased your block, we can provide you with a design that suits your land and budget. Our designs are adaptable, and our team of experts will help you select the design that best fits your requirements and dreams.

  • Need help with finance?

  • Can I make changes to the floor plan?

    All our floor plans have been designed by experts in design and construction, who have over 40 years of experience in efficient layout and practical use of space. However your home is your choice. If you require alterations, we will endeavour to do our best to accommodate your needs, subject to structural integrity and pricing.

  • Do I have a selection of colour options to choose from?

    Yes, our homes include a selection of four colour pallets, for internal and external schemes.

  • What about architectural facades?

    You can choose to upgrade from 6 stunning facade designs to give your home that finishing touch.

  • How can I get a better idea of what my home will look like?

    We have a range of homes at a variety of locations in Melbourne. We are more than happy to arrange a private viewing time for you and your family. Please fill in the contact us page to find out more.

  • How do I get started?

    Once you’ve decided on your new home solution, all we require is a deposit of $1,500, and within 7 days we will complete your building contract.

  • How long does it take before my house starts being built?

    If your land is titled and you have settled with your land vendor, building will commence within 8 weeks. If you purchase a house and land package, building will commence within 8 weeks of land settlement.

  • How long is it before I can move in?

    Building and construction takes 22-24 weeks for single storey homes, and 30-36 weeks for double storey homes. (Depending on location and home design). If the building occurs around Christmas, add another 4 weeks.

  • Customer Care

    After 3 months in your new home, our service team will carry out fine adjustments that may be required.
