*$10,000 Freedom Furniture Homebuyer Promo

Five [5] Packages available – Receive a $10,000 Freedom Furniture Gift Card when you sign an unconditional New Home Building contract through a Homes One Building partner.

Promotion commences 25th June 2022 and ends 5.00pm 31st December 2022 or once all five [5] packages have been validated, whichever is earlier.

When you fill in the online *$10,000 Freedom Furniture Homebuyer Promo form you are registering your interest to receive one [1] of the five [5] packages when you build a selected home inclusive of this promotion through a Homes One Building partner.

The online *$10,000 Freedom Furniture Homebuyer Promo form must be fully completed and received by us prior to your first New Home Order Estimate request submission.

Copy of the *$10,000 Freedom Furniture Homebuyer Promo form will need to be submitted with your first New Home Estimate request and will be validated once an unconditional Building Contract is fully executed.

This offer is available on a first come basis. First come bases meaning, the first five [5] packages will be provided to the first five [5] Homebuyers that have:

a) registered their interest by submitting the online registration form

b) attached copy of the submitted form to the first New Home Order request submission

c) signed an unconditional Building Contract through a Homes One Building partner and the home reaches completion.

Only one [1] promotion per each individual New Home Building Contract Order is available.

This offer is not valid with any other offer or promotion and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Freedom Furniture Gift Card will be issued within 28 days of final handover of your New Home.

Freedom Furniture Gift Card is subject to the terms and conditions provided by Freedom Furniture and that appear on the card.

Homes One will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen cards and will not provide any replacements.

Pick a Promo

Pick a Promo when you build your new home with Homes One and Save.

Receive one [1] promo of your choice from the five [5] promos listed on your card when you sign an unconditional New Home Building contract through a Homes One Building partner.

Promotion commences 25th June 2022 and ends 5.00pm 31st December 2022.

The online Promo form must be fully completed and received by us prior to your New Home Order Estimate request submission.

Copy of the Promo form will need to be submitted with your first New Home Estimate request for it to be validated.

Only one [1] promotion per each individual New Home Building Contract Order is available.

This offer is not valid with any other offer or promotion and cannot be redeemed for cash.

If you select:

Promo (1) – the nominated amount will be documented in your New Home Estimate as a promotional discount.

Promo (2) – you have up to the nominated amount to select upgrades at your Colour Selection. If you spend over the nominated amount, you will only be charged for the surplus amount.

Promo (3), (4) and (5) - Gift Cards will be issued within 28 days of final handover of your New Home.

Gift Cards can be selected from either Myer, Bunnings or Harvey Norman and are subject to the conditions provided by the stores and that appear on the card.

Homes One will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen cards and will not provide any replacements.

The cardholder reserves the right to transfer the promo card for another person to take up the offer.

The same terms and conditions shall apply to the new card holder.

Lucky Dip

Receive the nominated amount on your card when you sign an unconditional New Home Building contract through a Homes One Building partner.

The online Lucky Dip form must be fully completed and received by us prior to your New Home Order Estimate request submission.

Copy of the Lucky Dip form will need to be submitted with your first New Home Estimate request for it to be validated.

Only one [1] promotion per each individual New Home Building Contract Order is available.

This offer is not valid with any other offer or promotion and cannot be redeemed for cash.

You can redeem your Lucky Dip Gift as one [1] of the following:

a) discount amount - the nominated amount will be documented in your Initial New Home Estimate as a promotional discount.

b) by selecting upgrade items to up to the same value - you have up to the nominated amount to select approved upgrades. If you spend over the nominated amount, you will only be charged for the surplus amount.

c) a Gift Card - Gift Cards will be issued within 28 days of final handover of your New Home.

Gift Cards can be selected from either Kmart or Bunnings and are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the stores and that appear on the card.

Homes One will not be held responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen cards and will not provide any replacements.

The cardholder reserves the right to transfer the promo card for another person to take up the offer.

Refer your Friends and Family and be rewarded with a $2000 Gift Card for each Referral that signs an unconditional New Home Building contract through a Homes One Building partner.

Offer commences 25th June 2022 and ends 5.00pm 31st December 2022.

The online Referral form must be fully completed and received by us prior to your friend’s first New Home Order Estimate request submission.

Please ensure you have your friend’s permission to provide their Name and Contact details.

Copy of the Referral form will need to be submitted with your friend’s first New Home Estimate request for it to be validated.

Only one [1] Referrer per each New Home Building Contract Order can be nominated on the Referral form to receive the Gift Card.

You can refer more than one [1] friend however multiple Referral forms for the same New Home Building Contract Order will not be accepted. All Referrals will be on a first come basis.
